BYO picnic rug, cushions or beach towel to make yourself comfy, the movie starts when the sun goes down, about 6.15pm. Local’s tip - set up your spot a little earlier as it’s not an exact start time and you can get yourself sorted before sunset. Lucky for you, dinner can be arranged at our fabulous local foodies here in The Village Peregian Beach! Pre-order takeaway on the way, or pick up your picnic supplies earlier in the day from the IGA or our cafes that are not open in the evening. Why not book in for an early dinner somewhere? It feels like a good time to introduce ourselves. We’re Maria and Jason, husband and wife and the people behind The Property Baron. @jasonbaron_buyersagent leads our buyers agency, helping people find and buy the right property at the best price possible. I’m behind the marketing, branding and operations, bringing my background in design, branding and marketing into everything we do. Our team now works across three offices: here in Peregian Beach, Brisbane and the Central Coast of NSW.
