Michael & Roz White commenced their retailing journey on the Sunshine Coast with the purchase of a small convenience store in 1993. Since then they have expanded to this being the fourth IGA supermarket owned and operated by Roz and Michael on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. The White’s unique locavore culture ensures a wide and diverse range of local goodies and specialty lines. Being a locavore is great for the environment, the local community and creates an interesting and exciting shopping offer to our customers.

Peregian Beach IGA is the newest member of the White’s Grocers Group; the state of the art full line supermarket opened its doors on Wednesday 21st September, 2016.

Where-ever possible, the store was built using local contractors and manufacturers to fit in with the White’s Locavore culture. The sustainable model supermarket has installed environmentally friendly and energy efficient refrigeration, LED lighting and recycled water heating to name a few.
