This is one of the best spots on the Sunshine Coast. Peregian Beach has a great local vibe and tight knit community without the overwhelming feeling of heavy tourism that other towns nearby may have.

Peregian Beach is a magic little village nestled against the dunes of a beautiful white sand beach. Just down the road from Noosa Heads, it could be considered Noosa’s eclectic, bohemian cousin.

Peregian Beach attracted me right back in 1996 when I bought my house. The empty beaches and the profusion of wildlife were the main reasons, along with the fact the whole village is surrounded by the green border of the Noosa National Park.
